Terms & Conditions

The terms you agree to when you buy from RotorLab.

Who you are buying from

RotorLab is operated by Sai Suraj Sarakanam, registered at 22-67/2, Chinna Harijana Peta, Attili, West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh 534134.

You can reach us at support@rotorlab.in or +91 98663 95959, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm IST.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian rupees (INR).

We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. The price you see is the price you pay — nothing is added at checkout.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or netbanking credentials.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you pay.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.

Choosing the right mount

Every mount is listed against an arm tube diameter, shown as a Ø badge on the product page.

Measuring your arm tube and choosing the matching diameter is your responsibility. A mount that does not fit because the wrong diameter was ordered is not a defective product, and the return policy for that item applies in the normal way.

If you are unsure, ask us before ordering. We would much rather answer a question than process a return.

Ask us about fit

Specifications are indicative

Weights, dimensions and finishes are given as a guide and may vary slightly between production batches.

Photographs show a representative item. Anodising and finish can vary in shade.

Compatible-motor lists are based on published bolt patterns. They are a starting point, not a guarantee of fit with every revision of every motor.

Limitation of liability

These are machined mechanical parts fitted to aircraft you build and operate. You are responsible for assembling, torquing and inspecting them correctly, and for flying safely and legally.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including damage to aircraft, payloads, or loss of flight time.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh.
