Dispatch

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2 working days of payment clearing.

Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

We will email you when your order goes out.

Delivery charges

The charge that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders below ₹1,000

₹150 flat, anywhere in India.

Orders of ₹1,000 and above

Free delivery.

These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of ordering, and exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Who delivers

We ship by Delhivery and India Post.

Where we ship

We deliver within India only. We cannot ship internationally at the moment.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Some remote PIN codes are not served by our couriers; if yours is one, we will contact you and refund in full.

Delays

Couriers occasionally run late — weather, strikes and local restrictions all happen. We will tell you what we know as soon as we know it.

If your order has not moved for seven working days past the estimate, raise a ticket and we will chase it or replace it.

Damage in transit

Check the parcel before you accept it. If the outer packaging is clearly damaged, refuse the delivery and tell us the same day.

If you find damage after opening, photograph the item and the packaging and raise a ticket within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it at our cost.
